Go to bed early
For many of us ,sleep is ,literally, our only down time. And even then we don't get enough. Once a week, try this: go to bed one hour earlier than you normally would. Don't use that hour to get into bed to watch TV or read. Turn off the light and go to sleep ! You'll feel the benefits of that extra hour immediately upon waking. You'll feel refreshed,renewed, raring to go. :cool: |
