no you cant install a stroker of a 6cylinder car to a 12 cylinder one and viseversa
the stroker is mainly a crank shaft each car has a differnt crankshaft
an example
4 cylinder cars have
crankshaft with four throws and 5 main journals
the number of journals may change along with manufacturer engine desgin
6 cylinder cars
they have a crankshaft with 6throws and a6 main journal or more
depinding on the engine
when changing a crankshaft some companys offer them with a new connecting rod set
when changing a stroker to a high throw you need to change the oil pan to deeper one
to increase the power from youre crankshaft(only when you change it to a higher throw one)so that the crankshaft throw wont pickup oil from the oil pan wich reduce the efficincy of the crank and therefore the output of the engine
