Sep 17, 2004 – The second in the 'Streetster' series following the 2002 Kira, the Xtile is a product of collaboration between the Sivax Paris and Yokohama design studios. While aiming on the hardware side for a fully-fledged sports car package, the designers have envisioned a sports car with the rich appeal of a surreal character, using the images of Japanese animation as a conceptual anchorpoint .
The car's overall design concept is encapsulated in the bold mixture of its forward and rear body components. The tight fit cockpit theme reflects the 'mobile suits' from anime series. A center bar extending from the rear into the cockpit acts as the car's 'spinal column', incorporating electronic and manual control systems
