I've read a book that talks about the grammers and the Rules of translation

I've learned some of the rules of translation because I've things that I know

BTW my question is How can i improve my english vocabulary

I want to learn words to became able to understand Films and all thing

Just wanted to add, that besides what عاشقة said, reading is the best way to improve your vocabulary,and try to understand the general idea, you don't have to know the meaning of each word. On top of that , reading can improve your grammar too, and your writng skills would develop through out time if you read alot.
