قامت كتيبة سيف الله المسلول التابعة للقاطع الشمالي من توجيه ضربة صاروخية على قاعدة تل الورد التي تتخذها القوات الأميركية مقراً لها في محافظة كركوك، فقد قامت بإطلاق صاروخ " جوش " وصاروخ كاتيوشا ، وقد سقط الصاروخ الأول على القاعدة ولله الحمد ، بينما سقط الآخر بالقرب من مكان الإطلاق - لحدوث خلل فيه - إلا أنه لم يصب أحداً بأذى ، الحمد لله رب العالمين ...
