Talk to yourself

Talking to yourself is one of the tips for reducing stress

Sometimes you don't know what you're thinking until you say it aloud,even if it's just to yourself.
Verbalizing your thoughts makes them tangible.Instead of vague notions and longings, you have something specific to work on and with.
So have a heart -to- heart with yourself( in private, of course ! ) .You'll be surprised at what you'll learn. :think: :cool:
