ظهور رسالة الخطأ عند عمل سكان ببرنامج الانتي فايروس او حتى عمل ابديت ؟؟

مع العلم اني حذفت الانتي فايروس ونصبته من جديد لكن لا فائده ..

حتى نعرف تفاصيل المشكلة.

لكن واضح إنها مشكلة في البرنامج أو تحديث البرنامج الآخير.

أنا حاولت بقدر المتسطاع ولعله إنه يكون هذا الحل فأول شيء نزل الملف وإفتحه ثم ضعه في إتباع هذه الخطوات

Look for the File: Catalog.LiveSubscribe For Win Xp/2k users, Look in
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveSubscribe

For Win 9x/Me:
C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveSubscribe


Close The Live Update Program and/or the Norton Application you want to update

go to the directory where the file is located and replace it with the one included ,make sure to make a backup of the original file in case the one cracked don't work so all you'll have to do is copy back the original one. now open the norton aplication you want to update..it should work Until Year 2029 ;)) yeap that's right. rebooting is neccesary for the changes to take effect. in case after updating any of the Norton Applications are expired again replace the file again as i've explained before.in case you didn't follow the instructions or the file just don't work, just delete the Catalog.LiveSubscribe file in the directory and uninstall the norton application and install it again and you will have 1 year of LiveUpdate :))

هذا يعني انه كمبيوترك خلاص سيطر عليه الفايروس حتى انك ما تقدر اتنزل الأبديت مال البرنامج
انا نفس المشكله بالضبط صارت معاي
وعندك اختارين
يا اما اتسوي system restore
او
انك اتفرمت الجهاز
والسموووحه

طيب احذف النورتن نهائيا حتى من الري جستري

وركب المكافي واعمل اسكان بيحذف الفايروس ان شاء الله

وبعدها ركب النورتن اذا بغيت
