Hi guys

I am about to buy a 94 manual 6cyl Camaro. The owner is asking for $3500. It is in very good conditon except for a very little damage on the rear fender and 6 inch tear in the driver's seat. It has done 78,000 miles.
I never had a Camaro before. So, what do y'all think. And I am not sure how does manual Camaros drive. Are they comfortable
and is there anyway to know if the meter is tampered with

Please help me out!!!!!k
