The file windos.exe was deleted from my PC and now I cannot run any exe file

I was asked to re-install windows 95 but when I inserted the CD and tried to re-install windows, I was told that a device attached to the system is not functioning

So I need your help by telling me the directory under which the file windos.exe is saved .. I'll try to download it and then save it in the directory and hope that it will work

first try this mybe will work
go to Run and type SFC then Enter

i tryed to find a file i found a Win.com
i think that what u want

if u want any thing else just tell me
and tell me if this work
