frames

hi all, :)
if you don´t mind i´ve a question?
i´d like to know how i do put a frame on my website....?
and question number 2:
i´ve opened a new webpage on microsoft word and i put some text and some pics... than i loaded it up to my website by angelfire.
the problem is that the whole text does appear but not the pics.
Could anybody help me to fix that problem?
